How do I know what’s my size in a sticky bra?

If you are a full cup in a regular bra, pick the same size sticky bra as your normal bra. If you do not fill up your regular bra, please pick 1 size smaller sticky bra.

Do you accept Venmo as a Payment option?

Yes, we accept PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently ONLY ship within the USA.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

There is 1-2 business day handling time before your order is shipped out. Flat Rate shipping takes 3-5 business days and may not come with a tracking number. Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days and will come with a tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Not all orders are shipped with a tracking number. Only Express Shipping comes with tracking number. Visit our Order Tracking page to track your order using your Order ID and email address.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

I entered the wrong shipping address!

Contact us right away! If the item has not been shipped, we will be able to correct your order right away. if the item has already been shipped, we will have to wait until the item return back to us before we can do anything. Meanwhile, you may place a new order with a correct address.

I wasn’t home and my order was returned back to you by mistake.

When we receive returned-to-sender orders, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost after inspecting your order. You may place a new order after that.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of these under garment items we adhere to a strict store policy and do not allow returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us so that we may resolve your issue.

I received wrong or faulty item.

We are really sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, contact us.
